Protecting your intellectual property and product launch confidentiality is a priority at Ultratec 3D. Many of our clients come to us with designs for products that are not yet public — and discretion is non-negotiable.
Our Confidentiality Commitments
- NDA Before File Transfer: We sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement before you share any design files, brief documents, or brand assets.
- Restricted File Access: Your 3D files are accessible only to the specific technicians working on your project. Files are never shared with third parties.
- Secure File Deletion: Upon project completion (or at your request), all design files are permanently deleted from our systems.
- No Portfolio Display Without Permission: We will never use your display models in our marketing, portfolio, or social media without your explicit written consent.
