- File Review & Consultation: Our technical team reviews your 3D design files (STL, OBJ, STEP, or CAD formats) for printability. If you do not have a 3D file, we offer 3D design and scanning services to create one.

Technology Selection: We choose the optimal 3D printing technology based on your requirements:
- Color Jet (CJP): For full-color, photorealistic display models.
- SLA Resin: For ultra-smooth surfaces and luxury product replicas.
- HP Multi Jet Fusion: For durable, high-detail models that undergo repeated handling.
- 3D Printing: The model is printed with precision, achieving tolerances as tight as ±0.1 mm for intricate display surfaces.
- Post-Processing & Finishing: All models go through our professional post-processing workflow — sanding, priming, spray painting in Pantone-matched colors, and protective lacquering.
- Quality Inspection & Delivery: Every model is inspected against your brief before being carefully packaged and delivered across the UAE.
