Large-format display models are one of our most requested services, particularly for UAE-based trade shows and international exhibitions. Our approach to oversized model manufacturing ensures a seamless result regardless of the final dimensions.
How We Build Large Display Models
Our 3D printers have a maximum build volume, so models larger than this envelope are printed in carefully engineered sections:
- Segmentation: We split the 3D model into sections at natural seam points — edges, corners, or design details that disguise joins.
- Section Printing: Each section is printed with interlocking joints for precise alignment during assembly.
- Assembly & Bonding: Sections are bonded using professional structural adhesives and reinforced internally where required.
- Seam Finishing: Join lines are filled, sanded, and primed until completely invisible under the final paint finish.
- Final Finishing: The assembled model receives its full color, lacquer, and branding treatment as a single unified piece.
