How We Turn Your '3D Printable' File into a Large-Scale Masterpiece
- Scaling: We import your 3D printable model (STL, OBJ, etc.) and scale it to your required dimensions—whether it's 2 meters or 10 meters.
- Slicing & Toolpathing: We prepare the scaled 3D printable file for our machines. This means either slicing it for our large-format 3D printing machines or creating toolpaths for our 5-axis CNC Styrofoam router.
- Fabrication: We create the physical part. The result is a perfect, large-scale replica of your 3D printable design.
- Finishing (GRP/FRP): We then take the large foam or 3D printed part and coat it in a hard shell of GRP (fiberglass) to make it durable, weatherproof, and ready for paint.
