What exactly is custom partition design and manufacturing?
When we talk about custom partition design and manufacturing using 3D printing, we are moving far beyond the standard flat wooden screen or laser-cut metal panel. We are creating truly three-dimensional architectural elements.
The 3D Advantage
Traditional manufacturing of partitions usually involves subtracting material—cutting shapes out of a flat sheet of MDF or steel. 3D printing is an additive process. This allows us to create partitions that have varying depths, flowing organic curves, and complex internal structures. A partition can be thick at the base for stability and taper to a delicate, lace-like pattern at the top.
Total Customization
Because every piece is manufactured from a digital CAD file, the design can be perfectly scaled to fit the exact dimensions of your space, whether it's a small residential room divider or a massive corporate lobby screen.
